I met Avis when she was the seller's agent for a property I really wanted. She went above & beyond in answering my questions & providing information I needed to complete the sale. She was quite knowledgeable about Marquette County & especially the Gwinn area where I was looking to buy.

Never met with Penne prior to our first house showing. She never forced us into things she did not think we would like. Certain utilities were very important for us to have, and she looked up every house we found on Zillow to ensure they had our requirements. When we first met everything was super organized and originally we had sent her a list of 6 houses. She suggested we do not look at 2 of them and add 2 other ones. One house she suggested I really had no interest in, but it was the house we fell in love with and ended up buying. The listing just did not do it justice and without her intimate knowledge of the property it would not be ours. Just an excellent experience, would highly suggest her and her team to anyone.

Avis took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and what was important to us. Avis is very knowledgeable about the area. She kept us updated and educated throughout the entire process. Avis has a very upbeat and positive personality and was truly a joy to work with. Her communication with us was crucial during the process as COVID-19 slowed things down a bit. We would recommend her to anyone shopping for a new home.

We asked a LOT of questions and Avis was ALWays there for us. We felt that Avis was working For us, not just with us. She is smart, knowledgeable, experienced and kind. She guided us through a successful purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous. Avis is involved in the community and knows a lot of people. When I asked for additional help for my home she was able to offer names of dependable people who do quality work. I suspect all realtors were over-worked during the re-opening after the covid shutdown, but due to her long, selfless work hours I never felt that Avis didn't have time for me. Shelby, from start to finish was amazing in helping us attain our family goal. She listened to our needs ( we are a family of 5) she was compassionate in the personal areas of my life which were difficult during the time we were purchasing our home. She listened to what our needs were and was honest when she knew a property was not a fit for us but instead of just shooting us down, she showed us the property and told us why it was not a fit for us but also offered suggestions to a better home. I am over the moon with my house. it is everything and more that I wanted. My kids are very happy with their new home and all the space.
